Quality control
We have inspectors to visit the mill about producing situation.
When cargo is gathered at loading port, we have staff to keep tracking of the cargo unloading from the truck and loading on board the ship and checking quality,quantity, stacking, and covering
After customer gets and uses cargo, we would like to follow with buyer about the quality and usage of cargo.
If anything happens due to cargo quality or quantity, we are responsible until problems are solved.
We can support buyer with other questions like technicals and so on.
Shipment guarantee
We fix vessel according to sales contract to ensure exact shipping time. And for now, we have corporate with several most biggest shipping agents which will guarantee our company's prior shipment.
Documents precision
We will make the documents as per contract and LC and customer's requirements, and also present the documents to negotiation bank / send to customer immediately once available
